Website Terms

Travel information is not a reservation
Prices, availability, itineraries, inclusions, and travel terms shown on this website are informational and can change before booking. A website inquiry does not reserve travel, hold a cabin or room, guarantee a fare, or create a confirmed booking. Final availability, eligibility, deposits, cancellation terms, and supplier rules must be confirmed before purchase.
Calculators and estimates
Vika Travel Society's calculators are planning tools based on amounts and assumptions entered by the visitor. Results are estimates, not supplier quotes or guarantees. Taxes, fees, exchange rates, timing, package rules, and other costs can change the final trip total.
Guides and editorial content
Travel guides are provided for general planning information. Supplier policies, inclusions, operating hours, entry requirements, and destination conditions can change. Confirm current terms for your exact reservation and travel dates before relying on any example.
Third-party suppliers
Travel products are provided by cruise lines, resorts, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third parties. Their own contracts, policies, cancellation terms, and conditions apply. Vika Travel Society operates as an independent affiliate of Atlas Coast Travel.
Travel documents and entry requirements
Travelers are responsible for confirming passport, visa, identification, and other entry requirements for their nationality, itinerary, and travel dates. Check the relevant government authorities and supplier requirements before booking and again before departure.

You may use this website for lawful personal travel research and planning. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit fraudulent information, scrape private systems, bypass security controls, or misuse the inquiry form or APIs.
